Route Shipping Insurance
With lost packages and shipping delays at an all time high this year, we are so fortunate to have Route available on packages for added protection. Route is an affordable shipping insurance that can be added to each order so that your package is covered in the event of loss or damage. If you choose to opt out of Route Shipping Insurance, Fire and Light Graphics is not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages.
If you have a missing package, or one that is damaged in shipping and you have coverage through Route, a claim can be filed here https://claims.route.com/ using your order number, and the email address that was used to place your order. For damaged items, you will need to be prepared to submit a photo of the damaged packaging, as well as a photo of the damaged product(s).
Returned Packages
To avoid delivery issues or delays, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing an order.
If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs we incur to re-send your order.
International Shipping
Shipping fees are an estimate and are subject to change. If the cost of postage is higher than that charged at checkout then a supplemental invoice may be sent to cover the additional shipping costs. Fire and Light Graphics is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or duties that may be incurred; so please be prepared to pay for these on the goods that you are importing.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
Our current TAT for order fulfillment on custom engraved items is 5-7 business days, and does not include shipping times. (For large custom orders please email for TAT quote)
Business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm CST excluding holidays, or dates that will be communicated by us if we need to take some time off.
